About the 300hr Yoga Teacher Training

Fall 2025 **

​This RYS 300-hour advanced training is designed to build upon and deepen the trainee’s understanding of the fundamental concepts of the practice and preparing participants to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced, more detailed, and the training enables them to teach with greater skill than could reasonably be expected of a RYT 200. We'll be focusing on diving deeper into breath work, meditation, asana, philosophy, yogic texts, class theming, business of yoga, yoga almanac, Vedic astrology, construct your own personalized classes, how to hands on assist, finding your voice, how to teach workshops, modify poses, yogic mythology and more.
